Sit somewhere quiet and calm your mind: Then take your thoughts to a period in your life where you feel really confident about something you achieved previously. Really take yourself back to this time and ‘feel’ the emotions as if you was reliving it all over again.
When you focus on something you have felt in the past your brain starts to feel it again. This method of bringing yourself to a more positive mindset will give you that motivational boost needed.
