Want to give up? Fear is one of the biggest things that stop us from moving forward, achieving success and finding our happiness.
The thing is the majority of our fears are not real – they are manifested by your thoughts – although your brain makes them feel very very real (which is why you may feel anxious, scared and many other negative feelings)!
The good news is your fears are controlled by no one but YOU. For many years I believed I was not worthy and self sabotaged many efforts to achieve success; giving up just before the finish line. I am living proof that through changing my mindset I was able to find the motivation and tactics to overcome my fears. The day you decide that enough is enough (and mean it) and decide to face your fears, is the start of their death and they will loose their hold and power over you.
I’m not suggesting you just face your fear head on (although sometimes this may work) but instead put a strategic plan in place to slowly rewire the connections in your brain (the science behind it -neuroplasticity) so that you effectively rewire your brain to a more positive thought pattern to achieve the life that you were meant to live and will help fuel the motivation needed to continue to beat your fears.
No one has to be a prisoner of their fears. It’s 100% possible for every single one of us to make positive change in your life if you truly want it enough. The mind is your most powerful tool in the quest for happiness and success: It doesn’t matter what a person is ultimately capable of – if you are not in the correct mindset you will NEVER achieve your potential in multiple areas of your life. Nor will you find your happiness.
